How Nervous System Training Was Born from Elite Athlete Testing
Marv was tasked with evaluating college athletes, for NFL prospects. Over time from evaluating thousand and thousands of athletes for the LA Raiders. He came across some very similar measurements and pattern recognition. That those athletes that had the best numbers in the weight room were the worst on the field. In addition, there were coordinating factors showing how their strength development in the weight room. Hindered their ability to move good, be athletic and explosive on the field.
The foundation of Nervous System Training (NTS) was built by these leading innovators in performance science.
